Bamboo brushpot shallow carved with the relief of an official and playful horse, naturalistically depicted the movement of the horse and detailed feature.
Hongmu base and rim mount.
Signed with 馬大年製 (made by Ma Danian ) and seal mark 大年 ( Da Nian ).

竹刻人物馭馬圖筆筒

竹筒淺浮雕于竹筒之上，生動刻畫一人一馬。人物橫刀立于馬前，手握繮繩，所望之處一脫繮雄馬正嬉戲打滾，纖毫畢現。落款‘馬大年製’，印‘大年’。
