黑漆木底上装饰着描金花园人物，两侧扇面均有精致的亭阁人物。十九世纪早期非常流行的金漆扇，以木片为骨经多道繁复工序制作而成，金粉通常分深浅二色，即是“赤金”与“青金”两种，用以增加画面的层次感。
